Most influencer marketing still involves cold DMs, performative posts, and “good engagement” that no one can explain. We built the alternative. The Influence Room connects brands with the creators who already love them. Think authentic partnerships with the likes of Virgin Voyages, O2, and Five Guys, all driven by genuine advocacy.
What’s the role? You’ll own the execution of our growth marketing across paid media, email, and creator community engagement. This hands‑on role is perfect for someone who wants genuine breadth and the chance to shape how we grow. You won’t be in a lane – you’ll help build the lanes. We’re a small (but mighty!) team working with some of the UK’s biggest brands – which means high impact, high visibility, high variety.
What you’ll actually do:
- Own and execute:
- Paid media campaigns (Instagram, TikTok, Meta, LinkedIn, Google) – optimisation, budget management
- Organic social content and community engagement
- Email marketing campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud – from segmentation to send to reporting
- Day‑to‑day influencer community management – you’ll be the main point of contact for creators using our platform
- Event marketing (think helping with coordination, promotion, attendee comms. Last year we hosted and attended events at The Ned, CreatorFest, The Beauty Awards, SocialDay and SENSAS London.)
- Marketing reporting and performance dashboards
- Website updates and GEO/SEO
- Campaign strategy and planning with the wider team
- Cross‑functional projects with Sales, Product, and Customer Success
Who you are:
- 2-4 years in digital marketing (B2B, SaaS, or fast‑growth environment ideal)
- Confident running paid campaigns (search)
