We are seeking an immediately available experienced Research Consultant to support a high-profile strategic talent mapping project focused on an evolving in-house studio, FMCG, consumer brand and creative production landscape.

In this role, you will identify and map talent across relevant markets, analyse organisational structures, benchmark key roles and compensation, and provide actionable insight into talent availability, capability trends and competitive positioning. You will build comprehensive talent maps, identify leading employers and emerging talent pools, and deliver evidence-based recommendations to senior stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have experience in executive search research, talent intelligence, workforce planning, market mapping or organisational consulting. You will be highly analytical, comfortable working with complex datasets, and skilled at translating research into clear commercial insight. Experience within FMCG, consumer brands, marketing, creative agencies or production environments is highly desirable.
