Newly created role for a busy and fast paced London Ad agency.
This Agency places a huge amount of importance on the Resource Management function, playing a pivotal role in the strategic, commercial, cost saving and successful running of the Agency!
You will collaborate closely across the whole agency including strategy, account management and project management teams to resource effectively.
Your main focus will be making sure the creatives and designers are working on the right projects at all times!
You will have the support of a talented and experienced Resource Director who will support you when needed but also give you the autonomy to run things on your own.

The Role:
- Schedule and allocate the workflow across strategy, creative & design
- Quality control briefs
- Resolve any conflicts when needed
- Work closely with the project managers and account managers
- Attend and run weekly team meetings on project status
- Keep the resource tracker up to date and organised
- Recruit freelancers when needed and onboard them and set up their timesheets
- Review and improve current ways of working with the aim to improve utilisation reports.
- Track staff annual leave to ensure there is holiday cover in place
- Contribute to ensuring a positive and collaborative working environment
The Person:
- Must have experience working in a creatively focused agency or environment
- Experience using resource management tools, Float beneficial
- Happy to work autonomously
- Good communicator and ‘people person’
- Organised and enjoys working at a fast pace
