A leading international creative studio specialising in brand experience is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee the delivery of innovative, multidisciplinary projects from concept through completion. The studio is known for creating impactful, story-driven work that blends art, design, and cultural narratives, transforming spaces for top global brands and institutions.
As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll be central to the successful delivery of a wide range of creative projects. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams including creatives, strategists, and business development, managing client relationships, budgets, and timelines to ensure seamless execution.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the main point of contact for clients from initial briefing through post-installation support
- Lead projects from concept through to final delivery, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
- Prepare comprehensive costing documents including estimates, quotes, and final fee proposals
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously across varying budgets and scopes
- Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, fabricators, and contractors
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project status and financials
- Keep internal teams informed of project progress, timelines, and key deliverables
- Collaborate with project leadership to allocate resources and design time effectively
- Advise creative teams on feasible materials, processes, and techniques for project execution
- Source props, products, and materials as needed for each project
- Coordinate site visits and relay insights and logistics to internal stakeholders
- Oversee on-site installations, ensuring quality and adherence to project goals
- Act as a communication bridge between clients, creatives, and external partners
- Educational background in a design-related field
- Demonstrated experience managing creative projects across disciplines and scales
- Client-facing experience with strong account handling skills
- Proven track record of project management within the creative or design industries
- Experience managing production budgets up to £500,000 (or equivalent)
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering high-quality work
- Ability to proactively contribute to the evolution and improvement of studio processes
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign
- Working knowledge of CAD software is a plus
