I’m working with a vibrant creative advertising agency full of bold ideas, original thinking, genuine passion, and remarkable energy and they are looking for 2 new (early) Senior Project Managers to join their robust and fun team.
This will be working on a busy, creative account so would perhaps suit someone who has worked on retail or a telco account previously as this will be fast moving and suit someone who enjoys delivery. Just to be clear – there is no production in this role, the role will be focused on driving projects through the agency.
This is a hybrid model of 4 days a week in the office and 1 day from home.
As a Senior Project Manager, (you could be a high midweight looking to make a leap – keen to hear from you) you are the engine that keeps projects moving & leading day-to-day delivery and ensuring every piece of work lands on time, on budget, and at the highest creative standard. You are a trusted partner to both clients and internal teams, confidently steering workflows, unlocking creativity, and generating the momentum needed to do outstanding work efficiently.
You work hand-in-hand with commercial and finance teams to protect and grow client profitability, taking full ownership of project scope, fees, and resourcing using agency tools and best practices. You thrive on solving problems before they become problems, managing risk with confidence, and keeping everyone aligned through clear, consistent, and motivating communication.

What You’ll Do
- Lead projects end-to-end; from initial scoping through strategic and creative development, production, and delivery
- Run project kick-offs, creative briefings, reviews, and integrated production meetings with clarity and confidence
- Build and maintain project documentation including timing plans, resource plans, scopes of work, and status reports
- Partner with production leads to identify project risks early and mitigate delivery issues before they arise
- Ensure all concepts and project documentation are fully approved prior to client presentation
- Maintain project momentum by proactively managing risks, capturing decisions, and driving clear next steps
- Plan and manage resourcing across creative, design, strategy, and production teams
- Coordinate with resource management to balance workloads, assign the right talent, and manage budgets effectively
- Manage estimates, purchasing, and invoice approvals for third-party costs where required
- Work closely with commercial finance to generate reporting that tracks and protects project profitability across accounts
- Use reporting insights to proactively refine future scopes, timings, and processes to prevent repeat issues
- Lead final wash-up meetings to capture learnings and drive meaningful process improvements
- Leverage GenAI tools to support conceptual development — and occasionally final assets — alongside creative and design teams
- Create efficiencies by identifying smarter tools, systems, and AI models across project documentation and communication
