A senior CRM strategist is needed to lead a high-profile global account, shaping and delivering a modern lifecycle and CRM programme across multiple markets. This is a hands-on strategic role, combining data, technology and customer experience. The focus is on building a scalable CRM engine that drives earlier engagement, stronger conversion and clearer links between marketing activity and revenue.

The role includes:

  • Owning the CRM strategy for a global B2B organisation, acting as the senior point of contact.
  • Defining and rolling out a lifecycle-led approach across markets, aligning CRM to commercial goals.
  • Leading the development of nurture programmes, trigger-based journeys and automation frameworks.
  • Overseeing the evolution of the CRM ecosystem, including platform migration and integration.
  • Shaping segmentation, targeting and personalisation strategy at scale.
  • Building measurement frameworks that connect engagement to pipeline and revenue.
  • Driving continuous optimisation across journeys, messaging and performance.
  • Establishing clear governance, delivery standards and ways of working across stakeholders.

What they’re looking for:

  • Significant experience (c 15 years) in B2B marketing with a strong focus on CRM and lifecycle strategy.
  • Background in a consultancy or agency environment, working with complex organisations.
  • Strong understanding of customer journeys, automation and personalisation.
  • Experience working across CRM platforms (e.g. Dynamics, Eloqua, Braze or similar).
  • Comfortable operating at senior level, managing stakeholders and shaping direction.
  • Able to balance strategic thinking with delivery oversight.

Useful to have:

  • Experience of platform migration or transformation programmes.
  • Understanding of data governance and consent frameworks (GDPR).
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms.
  • Exposure to integration across CRM, web and broader martech ecosystems.

The shape of the role is less about campaign delivery and more about building a joined-up CRM capability that can scale. It will suit someone who enjoys working across strategy, systems and stakeholders, and who can bring clarity to complex environments.
