1 year FTC with the opportunity to convert to perm. Working in the specialist division within a small creative agency who specialise in business transformation with global organisations to design more effective, relationship-led customer strategies that drive long-term value. They’re looking for a Senior Client Lead to take ownership of a small portfolio of high-profile international clients, spanning sectors such as travel, hospitality and property. This is a senior and strategic role focused on guiding clients through complex customer and loyalty challenges, from early-stage thinking through to delivery. You’ll act as a key partner to senior stakeholders, helping design and shape programmes across loyalty, customer lifecycle, CRM strategy and engagement, while ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard both strategically and commercially.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading senior client relationships across multiple accounts
- Creating, redesigning, repositioning programmes across CRM, loyalty and customer experience
- Working closely with strategy, data and creative teams to bring ideas to life
- Overseeing projects from brief through to delivery
- Spotting opportunities to grow existing client partnerships
What They’re Looking For
- Experience operating at Senior AD or equivalent level within an agency or consultancy
- Strong understanding of CRM, customer lifecycle or loyalty programmes
- Confident working with senior stakeholders and navigating complex organisations
- Commercially aware with experience managing budgets and scopes
- Able to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
- Interest in international work and large-scale programmes
