Newly created role for this successful and award winning Global Advertising agency, working across a wide range of clients. They create work that transforms brands and their reputations, with beautiful creative craft.

This role is pivotal to ensure the efficient management of all agency briefs and projects. You will partner with the account management teams to resource accurately depending on the delivery needs.

You will be the heart of the Creative department building strong relationships with the creatives and designers, supporting them in managing their workload and career aspirations. They are only considering candidates who are currently working in a traditional ATL agency partnering with conceptual Creative directors.

You will need to be forward thinking and find proactive solutions to any issues that arise.

  • £70k-£80k + benefits
  • Hybrid working- 2/3 days a week in the Central London office

The role:

  • Recruit freelance talent when needed
  • Ensure seamless and smooth processes
  • Ensure good working relationships with the creatives and run daily status stand-ups
  • Find resource solutions to challenges, whilst making sure no one is over worked
  • Manage freelance budgets and financials
  • Run weekly meetings with the CEO, producers and account management teams to flag resource pinch points and plan the resource for the week
  • Champion the triage and scoping process
  • Be a key player in the culture and social side of the agency

The person:

  • Ambitious and organised
  • MUST have recent or current experience in a large Creative agency
  • Experience working in busy and fast paced environments
  • Inquisitive about new technology and can adapt to change and new ways of working
  • Experience using Resource management tools
  • Enjoys working in a busy and fast paced environment
  • Have an extensive black book of design & creative freelance talent
  • Happy to be hands on with administration tasks
