We're looking for an organised, proactive and creative Social Media Manager to lead the day-to-day management of social channels for leading automotive and FMCG brand. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on balancing creativity with strong organisation, enjoys building engaged online communities, and can confidently manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Managing and growing brand social media channels across multiple platforms
- Planning, scheduling and publishing content using social media management tools
- Maintaining content calendars and ensuring projects are delivered on time
- Developing engaging social content and creative ideas aligned with brand objectives and tone of voice
- Leading community management, including inbound and outbound engagement
- Writing witty, engaging and platform-native copy that sparks conversation
- Conducting social listening to identify trends, insights and opportunities
- Producing performance reports with actionable recommendations
- Delivering competitor audits and trend analysis
- Managing budgets and financial administration
- Building strong relationships with clients and acting as a trusted day-to-day contact
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years' experience managing social media accounts for brands
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube best practices
- Experience delivering engaging and playful community management
- Proven experience creating social media reports and presenting insights
- Excellent organisational and project management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Experience using social media scheduling, publishing and management platforms
- Confident presenting recommendations and communicating with clients
- Experience managing client relationships and expectations
- A creative thinker who also has strong operational and organisational skills
- Experience using social listening tools to analyse conversations, trends and competitor activity
- An interest in the automotive industry
