Great role working with one particular prestigious global client! You will support the day to day delivery and operations across various deliverables on a global scale. You will manage multiple workstreams and ensure all content and projects are delivered efficiently. You will need to be hands on, a great problem solver and spin multiple plates and prioritise projects accordingly.
6 or 12 month fixed term contract. Ideally July start date. Hybrid working - 3 days in the Central London office.
The role:
- Working with a well-known and prestigious client, you will support with the day to day efficient running of their global marketing account.
- Coordinate activities across multiple workstreams, support global markets, manage platform content and ensure programmes are delivered efficiently.
- Manage all operations admin, organising marketing assets ensuring all content is accurate, compliant and follows governance standards globally for each region.
- Assess the craft and quality of work before assets are published.
- Support with programme delivery and coordinating projects to agreed timeframes.
- Build positive working relationships with client and agency teams.
- Coordinate requests, provide updates and ensure actions are completed.
- Deliver training sessions and onboarding support for new users where required.
- Maintain accurate governance records.
- Ensure standard operating procedures are adhered to.
The person:
- Must have experience in a creative/digital/integrated agency - ideally with a global presence.
- Organised and the ability to spin lots of plates.
- Experience working with automotive clients helpful.
- Happy to be hands on in the detail and problem solve any bottlenecks calmly and efficiently.
- Systems savvy and embrace working with AI.
- Experience using Digital Asset Management (DAM) as well as workflow platforms.
