We're currently looking for a talented midweight designer to join a leading creative agency's integrated design team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with sharp craft skills, bold ideas, and a strong portfolio of advertising work to make their mark on big brand campaigns.
The Role
As a designer here, you'll be the one who spots the detail others miss â the kerning, the colour balance, the rhythm of a layout â and makes it sing. You'll work handâinâhand with creatives to bring campaigns to life across billboards, press, digital and social, taking ideas from the first spark right through to execution that dominates streets and social feeds.
Youâll Get to:
- Shape the look and feel of highâprofile brand campaigns with bold, distinctive, beautifully executed design.
- Create eyeâcatching OOH work, from giant billboards to digital spectaculars.
- Balance concept and craft â scamp, style, refine and deliver ideas that shine across every channel.
- Collaborate with creatives, designers, and strategists, presenting your work with confidence.
- Contribute to new business pitches, adding energy and polish to decks and creative ideas.
What Theyâre Looking For
- Proven design experience in a creative or advertising agency.
- A strong portfolio of integrated campaigns, ideally with OOH examples.
- Excellent knowledge of InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop (After Effects and Figma are a plus).
- A flair for turning creative briefs into eyeâcatching, wellâconsidered design.
- The ability to juggle multiple projects without losing craft or quality.
- A collaborative, teamâoriented mindset.
The Team & Culture
Youâll be joining a design team that prides itself on delivering culturally powerful work and pushing creativity and craft to the next level. The environment is collaborative, supportive, and full of opportunities to learn from senior design leads while sharing your own ideas and expertise.
This is a chance to work on bigâbrand, integrated campaigns across OOH, press, digital, social and more â making work that's bold, culturally relevant, and creatively outstanding. This role is based in the Central London office three days a week.
If this sounds like the ideal position for you, or if you are interested in exploring other design jobs in London or beyond, please get in touch. We are committed to ensuring and supporting representation from all backgrounds across the creative industry, irrespective of race, religion, belief, ethnicity, age, gender, sexual orientation, disability or socioâeconomic background.
