Freelance Account Manager - 3-6 month contract
We’re looking for a brilliant freelance Account Manager (or confident Account Executive) to join a leading integrated creative agency, and a super friendly team - working across a major consumer account.
This would suit someone who is comfortable working across either CRM or digital/ social campaigns.
You’ll be working closely with client, creative, strategy, production and digital teams to keep multiple projects moving from brief through to delivery.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing day-to-day client relationships and being a reliable go-to across live projects
- Taking briefs and turning them into clear, actionable creative briefs
- Managing digital and/or social and/or email campaigns through creative development and production
- Coordinating creative, strategy, production and specialist teams to keep everything moving
- Managing timings, scopes, budgets and delivery across multiple projects
- Reviewing creative work and ensuring assets are delivered accurately and to a high standard
- Understanding the wider customer journey and how different channels work together
- Keeping a cool head when priorities change!
You’ll ideally have:
- Agency-side at Account Executive or Account Manager experience
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Confidence managing clients and internal creative teams
- Good commercial awareness and experience managing project budgets
- A collaborative, hands-on approach and willingness to muck in
Immediate start, 3 to 6 month contract @ £240-300/day
