They will be guided by you in terms of contract length. But likely to be circa 6 months or so.

Hybrid working - 3 days a week in the London office
The role:
- Assess current finance systems and process and tweak/overhaul the whole department to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Oversee the end-to-end financial operations, management accounting, financial reporting & compliance.
- Support in the accurate month-end accounts.
- Provide commercial and strategic insights to the senior leadership team.
- Partner with client leads to ensure project profitability.
- Review client contracts and negotiate where needed and put new processes in place for this.
- Support and upskill the finance department, really nurturing and mentoring talent.
- Forecasting, budgeting and managing cash flow.
The person:
- Experience with global accounting helpful.
- Must be fully qualified.
- Must have worked in a creatively focused agency.
- Ideally you are an experienced contractor, used to jumping into new businesses and leaving them in a better position than when you joined!
