An opportunity to join a fast-growing, global social and influencer agency, supporting a portfolio of high-profile beauty and lifestyle brands. 3m FTC to start asap. Only candidates with beauty or fashion experience can be considered for this role.

This role sits at the centre of client relationships and campaign delivery, leading large-scale, multi-market social and influencer programmes with a strong emphasis on pace, volume and commercial impact.

The role

You will take ownership of key accounts, acting as the senior day-to-day lead on a key beauty client. The work is influencer-led campaigns, spanning strategy through to execution and optimisation. You'll be responsible for driving campaigns end-to-end, working closely with internal strategy, creative and content teams, as well as external creators and partners. Alongside delivery, there is a strong expectation to identify growth opportunities within accounts, contributing to upsell and cross-sell activity. This is a hands-on role in a high-volume environment, suited to someone comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously while maintaining a strong strategic view.

Key areas of responsibility

  • Leading client relationships across a number of key accounts, building trust and acting as a senior point of contact
  • Overseeing the delivery of social and influencer campaigns from brief through to reporting
  • Collaborating with strategy, content and creator teams to shape and execute campaigns
  • Managing multiple projects at pace, ensuring quality, timelines and budgets are maintained
  • Identifying opportunities to grow accounts through additional activity and new ideas
  • Supporting new business and contributing to pitch work where required
  • Line managing and developing junior team members

The work

Campaigns are typically global or multi-market, with activity spanning organic social, influencer partnerships and content production. This includes a mix of creator-led content and centrally developed campaign ideas. Work ranges from large-scale, high-volume influencer activations to more strategic brand campaigns, with a strong focus on performance, engagement and commercial outcomes.
