For someone with around 2-4 years of experience, this is a chance to gain hands-on experience within a growing consumer brand, working closely with the product, customer and commercial teams. Rather than being one step removed in an agency environment, you'll see the direct impact of your work on customer engagement, conversion and sales. It is a broad digital design position focused on creating engaging e-commerce experiences and marketing assets that help drive customer acquisition, engagement and conversion across multiple digital channels.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Design and optimise responsive website experiences across homepage, product and checkout pages
  • Use customer insights, testing and analytics to improve conversion rates and user engagement
  • Create high-performing digital assets including banners, landing pages and paid social creative
  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints
  • Collaborate with developers, marketers and performance teams to deliver commercially impactful design solutions

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years' experience in digital or e-commerce design, ideally within a DTC or retail environment
  • Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma or Sketch
  • Experience designing for e-commerce platforms such as Shopify
  • Excellent understanding of UI/UX principles, accessibility and mobile-first design
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • A data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to inform design decisions
  • Strong attention to detail and a collaborative approach

Bonus Points For

  • Motion graphics or video content creation experience
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and CRO tools
  • Experience working alongside performance marketing teams
