My client is looking for a skilled Digital Creative / Art Director to join the team and lead the development of compelling visual content across digital platforms.
This role is ideal for a creative professional with strong conceptual and design sensibilities, motion graphics expertise, and a deep understanding of how to create content that engages, informs, and inspires.
You will work both independently and in collaboration with our creative, strategy, and client teams to deliver standout digital campaigns that align with brand goals and drive results.
You\’ll be working onsite in London 3 days per week and 2 days working from home.
Key Responsibilities Creative Development
- Develop concepts for film and social campaigns
- Design high-impact visuals for digital campaigns, including static and animated assets.
- Produce and edit short-form digital films, incorporating motion graphics and adhering to best practices across platforms.
- Create assets optimised for performance in social and digital media environments.
- Translate complex messages into clear, engaging visual content.
Collaboration & Presentation
- Work closely with copywriters, strategists, and account managers to ensure creative alignment with campaign objectives.
- Confidently present creative concepts internally and to clients, articulating the rationale behind concepts.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Art Director or Digital Creative, ideally in an agency or fast-paced studio environment.
- Strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating digital-first work across a range of formats.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Solid understanding of social media platforms, trends, and content formats.
- Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills.
- Experience with video editing and motion design.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
