As part of the leadership team, you will business partner with the CEO to drive business growth and ensure profitability always. Joining a close knit and sociable finance team you will lead, mentor, motivate and inspire your team to get the best out of them and ensure they are progressing personally. This is a really strategic role, combining financial oversight, business performance analysis, and commercial leadership to align financial and business goals across various regions and business units.
The role:
- Running the finance department, responsible for the financial health of the agencies global operations.
- Ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
- Work closely with the CEO and CFO, partnering with key stakeholders and heads of departments.
- Global Financial Strategy: Develop and implement financial strategies that support company growth and profitability across international markets.
- Commercial Performance & Analysis: Analyse commercial performance and provide insights into revenue growth, cost management, and profitability.
- Business Partnering: Work closely with regional leaders to guide financial decision-making and drive profitability across departments.
- Revenue Recognition & Contract Management: Oversee revenue recognition processes and ensure contracts align with financial and business goals.
- Leadership & Development: Lead and mentor a global finance team, promoting best practices and financial excellence across regions.
The person:
- Fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
- Must have experience in a marketing, creative, design, branding agency etc - ideally experiential.
- Must have management experience.
- Detail orientated.
- Naturally social and work collaboratively with other departments.
