Are you an Account Manager who loves brilliant ideas and knows how to help make them happen?
This role is for a very successful and well known London creative agency to work on a flagship account - a bold and brave FMCG brand producing some brilliant work at a brand level.
You will join a friendly but super ambitious and driven agency team delivering work spanning brand campaigns, content, social, partnerships, activations and more unexpected ideas!
This would suit an established AM, or a strong SAE ready for more ownership, who enjoys being close to the creative and production process.
You don’t need to know everything already, but you should be curious, organised and excited by the opportunity to develop your strategic and creative instincts.
What you’ll be doing
- Running your own projects and workstreams from initial brief through to final delivery.
- Building a strong day-to-day relationship with clients and becoming someone they can rely on.
- Working closely with creative, strategy, production and project management teams to turn ideas into great work.
- Keeping projects moving by managing timings, actions, feedback and deliverables.
- Getting involved in briefs and contributing your perspective on audiences, culture and the wider category.
- Supporting integrated campaigns across traditional and digital channels, including social, content, partnerships and live activity.
- Managing production across selected projects, working with producers, creators, suppliers and other external partners.
- Coordinating work across different markets and helping local teams adapt campaigns where needed.
- Protecting the original idea and standard of craft as work develops across different formats and channels.
- Managing estimates, budgets and project scope with support from senior members of the team.
- Anticipating problems, finding practical solutions and knowing when to ask for help.
- Supporting more junior team members and helping create a positive, collaborative working environment.
What they’re looking for
- Experience in an agency account management or integrated project delivery role.
- A good understanding of how creative work is developed, produced and delivered.
- Genuine enthusiasm for creativity and a desire to make the work as good as it can be.
- Curiosity about clients, audiences, culture and why particular ideas will connect.
- Experience across a mix of channels rather than one narrow specialism.
- Confidence managing several projects, deadlines and stakeholders at once.
- Clear, thoughtful communication and the ability to build trusted relationships.
- A proactive approach: you take ownership, think ahead and follow things through.
- Calmness when priorities change or a project takes an unexpected turn.
- An understanding of budgets, scope and the commercial realities of agency life.
- International or multi-market experience would be useful, but isn’t essential.
- Most importantly, positive energy, good judgement and plenty of appetite to learn.
It’s a great opportunity to work on creatively ambitious projects, learn from an experienced team and build towards the next stage of your career.
We are committed to ensuring and supporting representation from all backgrounds across the creative industry, irrespective of race, religion, belief, ethnicity, age, gender, sexual orientation, disability or socio-economic background.
