A small, independent communications agency working at the intersection of social, PR and corporate communications, they help organisations shape public opinion and navigate complex reputational challenges.
You will form part of a tight-knit, ambitious team and will take on a leadership role on their largest and most strategically important account.
The role
You will be the senior day to day lead on an international account, delivering programmes across multiple markets and time zones. The work spans media relations, social, data and strategic communications, all designed to shift perception and influence behaviour at scale. You will lead a small team in London, setting direction, prioritising work and making sure high quality output is delivered at pace. A key part of the role will be to manage a network of international partner agencies, working with them as an extension of your team to deliver consistent, locally relevant work.
What we are looking for
Someone who understands how modern communications works across channels, and how to combine media, digital and messaging to influence opinion. You will have experience leading accounts, managing teams and working with senior clients. You will be commercially aware, confident in strategic conversations and comfortable operating in a fast paced, low bureaucracy environment. They are looking for someone who wants to deliver real outcomes, not just activity, and who enjoys taking ownership and making things happen. You should be motivated by building something, not just maintaining it, and ideally bring an interest in business development and growth.
The role is London based with an expectation of three to four days per week in the office. They are a small, collaborative team and being present matters.
