A 12 month fixed-term contract for an Account Director with events experience at a small, independent and B-corps agency specialising in brand experience for tech clients in the B2B space. You will be joining a close-knit and highly ambitious team at an employee-owned agency where you will play a key role in decision making and have a say in shaping the company.

Role overview:

  • Lead client relationships across a portfolio of global B2B clients, acting as a trusted partner and first point of contact.
  • Shape briefs, guide strategic thinking and work closely with creative, design and production teams to develop compelling activations and event experiences.
  • Support the development of account plans, proposal writing, scoping and commercial management.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and support business development activity where relevant.
  • International travel will be required for key events.

About you:

  • Experience at Account Director level within brand experience, events or experiential marketing.
  • Comfortable working with B2B or tech clients and able to translate strategic propositions into clear, engaging experiences.
  • Commercially confident, with experience working on scopes, profitability and forecasting.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to build trust, present ideas and guide clients through end-to-end experience development.

This is a hybrid working role in the Surrey office, ideally 3 days per week.
