Amaya- Belgravia/ Knightsbridge (Tube Piccadilly Line) - Michelin Star restaurant. Situated in the heart of exclusive Belgravia, it uniquely presents the sophisticated grills of India infused with subtle complex flavours, cooked in a theatrical open kitchen & surrounded by dramatic interiors. This modern Indian restaurant delivers a dining experience where the emphasis is on different sized dishes designed for sharing. Our bar offers a variety of cocktails to match the fiery bright colours of its marinades and grilled dishes, with spices and botanicals chosen to complement the smoky intensity of the dishes.

We are looking for a hard working Kitchen Porter to work on a pro rata basis, daytimes, evenings and weekends. Available full-time (minimum 35 hours per week) or part-time (20 hours per week). We provide full on the job training for the right candidate, although knowledge of kitchen hygiene, food safety and cleanliness standards is an advantage.
