Reporting to the Group General Counsel and UK Legal Counsel, the Paralegal plays an important role in many aspects of the legal function of the Group, supporting a wide range of contracts and legal processes across the organisation.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Drafting and negotiating standalone and project‑based PR representation, social media marketing, content creation and production, and event production agreements with clients to secure timely signatures.
  • Drafting and negotiating NDAs, confidentiality agreements, data protection agreements and talent/influencer agreements.
  • Drafting and negotiating third‑party supply contracts.
  • Ongoing reviews of all contractual agreements, ensuring that deadlines for reviews, renewals, etc. are met.
  • Leading contract negotiations from initial instruction to signature.
  • Overseeing all filing and record‑keeping for all Group agreements.
  • Ensuring the contracts database is kept up‑to‑date.
  • Performing research on applicable regulations and laws.
  • Providing support to the Group General Counsel or UK Legal Counsel.
  • Providing support with the implementation of new company policies and processes.

Essential Criteria

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a law department or legal environment, either in‑house or in private practice.

  • Efficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Fluency in written and oral English is essential; knowledge of an additional European language (particularly French) would be helpful but not essential.
  • Must be eligible to work in the UK.
