We are entering a significant growth phase and are seeking a senior client services leader to manage one of our largest global accounts and help scale the agency's operational rigor.
The Role
We are looking for a Senior Business Director to lead and grow our flagship account. This is a substantial, multi-workstream business spanning social, ATL hero campaigns, and high-profile cultural activations.
This role will:
- Lead day-to-day senior client relationships (primarily Head of Brand-level clients)
- Manage and mentor a team of 4 Account Leads
- Drive account growth, retention, and operational excellence
- Report directly to the agency leadership
This is a highly visible leadership position requiring strategic thinking, precision execution, and commercial acumen.
Key Responsibilities
Client Leadership
- Own senior client relationships at Head of Brand level
- Act as a trusted strategic partner, not just a delivery lead
- Confidently lead QBRs, campaign presentations, and high-stakes conversations
- Manage complex stakeholder environments across global markets
Account & Commercial Growth
- Identify organic growth opportunities within the JW account
- Drive upsell and cross-functional expansion across Social, ATL, and experiential
- Own forecasting, scope management, and margin control
- Maintain strong client retention and satisfaction
Campaign & Activation Oversight
- Oversee integrated campaigns across:
- Social-first content ecosystems
- ATL hero campaigns
- Luxury culture activations (Met Gala, Grammys, etc.)
- Ensure excellence in delivery, timeline management, and budget control
- Maintain extremely high attention to detail
Team Leadership & Operations
- Lead, mentor, and scale a team of 4 Account Leads
- Implement and refine processes to support agency growth
- Improve workflow efficiencies across cross-functional teams
- Foster a culture of accountability and high standards
Ideal Profile
- 10+ years' experience in senior client services roles within advertising, creative, social, or integrated agencies
- Proven experience managing large, global brand accounts
- Direct experience working with Head of Brand and CMO-level stakeholders
- Strong background across: Social-first campaigns, ATL hero creative and luxury cultural brand activations
- Experience leading multiple teams and complex workstreams simultaneously
- Commercially savvy with strong financial oversight capability
- Highly detail-oriented with strong operational discipline
- Based in New York or London (required)
