As a newly created role, it reflects the continued expansion of the Let Co.'s operations.
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, the Lettings & Events Coordinatorwill provide a broad range of administrative, operational and customer-facing support across the Let Co.’s year-round programme. This will include managing bookings and memberships, responding to enquiries, coordinating timetables and liaising with hirers, members and other customers to ensure a professional, efficient and welcoming service.
This is a hands-on and varied role, with responsibility for supporting the practical delivery of bookings and events from initial enquiry through to completion. The successful candidate will be comfortable getting involved wherever needed to ensure that events run smoothly, customers are well looked after and the Let Co. delivers a consistently high standard of service.
