We are seeking to appoint Cleaning Operatives to support a busy and thriving cleaning department over the weekend. Duties include cleaning classrooms, corridors, offices, and communal areas by dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors. The role is all year round and involves sanitising toilets and washrooms, replenishing supplies, emptying bins, and disinfecting high touch surfaces such as door handles and desks.

They are expected to report maintenance issues, adhere to cleaning schedules, store materials safely, and act in accordance with the school’s safeguarding policies.

Hours of Work: 16 hrs per week, Saturday and Sunday, 07:00 – 16:00 (including 1-hour unpaid break). Some flexibility will be required to cover events.

The post-holder must be able to understand and act on all safety critical and safeguarding information, whether through English or supported communication methods. Please note we are unable to accept applications for candidates who work Monday to Friday due to Working Time Directive.

Salary: Actual salary £10,575 per annum (FTE: £24,454 per annum)

Location: Warwick Campus

The post holder will report to the Cleaning Manager.
