Warwick Schools Foundation is seeking to appoint a capable and motivated Human Resources Officer with strong employment law knowledge, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion.

As our Human Resources Officer, you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality HR service across the Foundation—supporting managers and staff with employee relations, recruitment, payroll processes, and HR systems, while ensuring compliance with employment legislation and best practice.

Hours of Work: 37 hours per week and 52 weeks per year

Salary: £32,549-£35,507 per annum (with cost of living pay award pending from 01/09)
