We are seeking to appoint a Boost Tutor to tutor in Mandarin (and Cantonese) to help with a busy and thriving Boost Programme at King’s High School. The successful candidate will possess outstanding subject knowledge, excellent communication and behaviour management skills, and a strong commitment to high standards of professional development and inclusive practice.
They will be able to teach their subject confidently and understand how to support and extend students’ learning accordingly. Learning Support at King’s High School is an active and forward-thinking department, and this is an excellent opportunity for an individual to join our innovative Boost Programme and the King’s community, supporting students who want to develop their knowledge of Mandarin and Cantonese.
The post holder will report to the Head of Learning Support, Head of MFL, EAL coordinator and the Boarding team. This is a casual contract and the hours will be discussed at the interview.
Salary: Boost Tutor hourly rate of £34.01.
