Overview
We are seeking an outstanding and enthusiastic Head of Athletic Development to lead and develop our Athletic Development programme, inspiring pupils to maximise their physical potential and supporting sporting excellence across the School.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver a progressive, evidence-based Athletic Development programme for all year groups.
- Deliver strength and conditioning sessions; monitor pupil development through performance testing; support injury prevention and rehabilitation.
- Provide educational workshops and collaborate with colleagues and external performance partners to enhance pupil development.
Qualifications and experience
- Experienced Strength and Conditioning professional with excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Passion for developing young people.
- Accredited UK Strength and Conditioning Association (UKSCA) membership, or ability to achieve accreditation within twelve months of appointment.
- Experience within an educational or high-performance sporting environment is advantageous.

Full-time, term-time post of 40 hours per week.
