Alleyn's School based in Dulwich, South London, are seeking to appoint a well-qualified and enthusiastic Visiting Music Teacher (VMT), Teacher of Guitar to begin teaching from the start of the 2026/27 academic year in September 2026. The successful candidate will inspire and motivate pupils through engaging individual guitar lessons, delivering a broad range of styles including classical, rock and pop. They will teach students from beginner to advanced level across Years 7 to 13 (ages 11 to 18).

The school runs ABRSM examinations each term and Trinity College London examinations twice a year, so experience in preparing pupils for graded exams is desirable. We anticipate one or two days of teaching per week, depending on the availability of the successful candidate and incoming requests for lessons in September 2026.
