- A teacher of Art and DT with QTS who is able to lead and manage the department, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning
- Able to inspire and motivate students of all abilities to achieve their creative potential
- Able to develop engaging schemes of work that align with curriculum developments
- Able to support and coach colleagues to enhance teaching practices
- Able to play an active role in whole-school initiatives, enrichment activities and contribute to the pastoral structure of the school
- Understand the teaching of Prep School children
