The Independent Schools Council is seeking a Summer School Matron to support the welfare of boarding students aged 11–17 at Caterham School’s Summer School. This vital role involves ensuring students feel safe and cared for while addressing any wellbeing issues promptly.
Working 24 hours per week on a fixed-term basis, the successful candidate will provide visible welfare leadership during lessons and activities, reporting directly to the Housemaster/Housemistress and the Summer Schools Manager.
