Overview
Fixed term contract: September 2026 to July 2027. Term Time Only, (Monday to Saturday plus afternoon fixtures). Located in Farnham Royal, South Buckinghamshire, Caldicott is a leading Independent Boarding and Day Preparatory School for Boys, with around 250 pupils aged 7 to 13. The school operates a five-day week in Year 3 and Year 4, Saturday School from Year 5, and Flexi Boarding (Years 3 to 6) with additional boarding or day options for older pupils. We offer first-class education with strong sporting provision and a wide range of extracurricular activities in a supportive environment, located about twenty miles from central London. Known for extensive sporting provision, we have pitches across 40 acres. Boys participate in up to 22 fixtures weekly, with internal matches and training sessions in between. Core sports include rugby, football and cricket, with additional sports such as basketball, judo, cross country, swimming, archery, kayaking and skiing.
Responsibilities
- Coaching and supporting sports sessions across core and additional sports as required.
- Supporting classroom activities and a wide range of extra-curricular opportunities.
- Assisting with running children’s sports holidays and after-school clubs (advantage for applicants with this experience).
- Living on-site and contributing to the school community alongside other sports graduates and Gap Year placements.
