We are seeking an organised, proactive and highly detail-focused Administrative Assistant to support our Academic Skills (SEND) Department. This is a pivotal role at the heart of SEND provision, ensuring the smooth administration of assessments, Access Arrangements and statutory processes in line with JCQ regulations.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the SENCo, teaching staff, the Exams Office and external agencies; support pupils with additional needs to access learning and examinations fairly and effectively.
- Be highly organised with good attention to detail and a flexible hands-on approach.
- Communicate effectively and collaborate in a fast-paced school environment.
About Stowe Group: Stowe School occupies Stowe House and approximately 200 acres of the Stowe estate and is located in Stowe’s world-famous landscape gardens set in 880 acres. Stowe School is an independent co-educational boarding School with approximately 900 pupils. There are around 500 full and part-time staff with 60 staff and their families living on site. The Stowe Group of schools (Stowe, Ashfold, Swanbourne House and Winchester House) are situated on four separate sites in Buckinghamshire and Northamptonshire and educate children from 3-18 years.
