George Heriot’s School in Edinburgh is seeking a Head Chef to lead the catering team, oversee food production, kitchen and front‑of‑house operations, and to liaise with staff across the senior and junior schools. The Head Chef reports to Catering and Hospitality Management, ensuring high professional standards in line with the ethos of the school.
The role also covers the Refectory and the senior S6 cafe, with responsibility for cost control, recruitment, training, and collaboration.
