Kingsley Explorers Nursery – Leamington Spa
We are seeking founding Room Leads (Babies, Toddlers, Preschool) to help launch our new all‑year‑round nursery. You will lead practice within your room, delivering high‑quality EYFS provision and setting strong standards from day one.
Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Hours: Full time, all year round (40 hours per week)
Location: The Kingsley School
About You
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (Level 4/5 desirable)
- Experience as a Room Leader or Senior Practitioner
- Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding
- Organised, professional and committed to high standards
