Repton School is seeking energetic, motivated and committed Resident Graduate Assistants to join our vibrant boarding community for the 2026–27 academic year.
This is a fantastic role for graduates eager to gain hands‑on experience in a leading co‑educational boarding school while developing the skills, confidence and professional insight needed for future careers in teaching, coaching or youth‑focused fields.
As a Resident Graduate Assistant, you will play a full part in school life: supporting lessons, assisting departments, coaching sport or contributing to the co‑curricular programme, and taking an active role within one of our boarding houses. You will work alongside experienced staff, learn from outstanding practitioners, and benefit from a structured induction and ongoing training.
This one‑year residential post offers exceptional professional breadth, with opportunities to assist in the classroom, work closely with pupils, develop pastoral expertise, and support the School’s rich programme of activities. For exceptional candidates, there may be opportunities to remain for a second year, take on greater responsibility or pursue supported training pathways.
