Billing and Debt Administrator

We are seeking a Billing and Debt Administrator to provide accurate and efficient management of the School’s fee billing process, including termly invoice production, parent queries, reporting and debt management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage fee billing process, termly invoice production, parent queries, reporting and debt management.
  • Act as central point of expertise on behalf of the Bursary for all School fee invoicing, extras, and payment handling.
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times.

Job Details

  • Start date: 1 September 2026
  • Contract type: 52‑week contract, part‑time 20 hours per week, job share basis.
  • Hours: Monday – Friday 1 pm – 5 pm or 1:30 pm – 5:30 pm (specific hours discussable in interview).
  • Salary: £15,683 actual (£31,366 FTE).

Oundle and Laxton Junior Schools offer independent education with a strong boarding provision and a vibrant community within an historic market town. The schools employ around 800 staff and serve over 1400 pupils, including 840 boarders.
