Office Administrator (with Responsibility for First Aid Room)

Part time: 37.5 hours per week, term-time only plus 5 days in the holidays.

We are looking to appoint a Office Administrator with responsibility for First Aid Room to provide a practical First Aid service to students and staff as well as administration of medical lists, training records and first-aid equipment. The post holder will need to liaise with students, families, staff and outside agencies.
You will be able to demonstrate strong organisational, written and verbal communication skills. This role would be particularly suitable for candidates with previous experience within healthcare. You will also be able to work with and cover for the School Office Team.
Hours 8am-4.30pm Monday to Thursday with an hour for lunch and 8-4pm on Friday with 30 minutes for lunch. An additional 5 days in the school holidays.
