We are recruiting a Teacher of MFL to work at The Elms who is enthusiastic and will inspire a love of language learning in our pupils. You will plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons that build pupils' confidence in speaking, listening, reading, and writing. You'll create a fun, supportive classroom environment where young learners feel encouraged to try new vocabulary and grow their understanding of languages.
The successful candidate will be fluent in French and have proven experience teaching French to children, ideally in a primary/prep school or similar setting. You will have a genuine passion for languages and working with young learners. You will have excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is not required — we welcome applications from experienced tutors, language specialists, and native speakers with a strong teaching track record.
