Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one support for pupils, mainly in Years 7 to 11, the majority of whom will have a diagnosis of dyslexia, while some will have been offered provision on the basis of in-house assessment scores.
Qualifications
- The successful candidate will have experience of working with secondary school age children, ideally in a teaching or teaching assistant role, a good understanding of dyslexia and strategies to support dyslexic learners (with a Level 3 qualification).

Safeguarding and Screening
The school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. Applicants will be required to undergo child protection screening appropriate to the post, including checks with past employers and the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
