Reporting to the Head, the Deputy Head (Safeguarding and Wellbeing) is a key member of the senior team and leads safeguarding across the pre‑prep, junior and senior schools. The role oversees operational delivery of safeguarding and wellbeing in the senior school, provides guidance and training across the King’s international family, and contributes to shaping the school’s ethos and strategic development.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the school’s safeguarding and wellbeing strategy across all schools.
  • Directly manage operational delivery in safeguarding and wellbeing for the senior school.
  • Offer guidance and training to staff within the King’s international family of schools.
  • Play a central part in shaping the school’s ethos, strategic planning and day‑to‑day running.
