We are looking for a College Counsellor, who will be responsible for providing counselling services to pupils at Dulwich College. They will deliver high‑quality, one‑to‑one counselling sessions—either in person or online where appropriate—creating a safe, confidential, and non‑judgemental space for pupils to explore their thoughts, feelings, and personal challenges. As well as building and maintaining strong therapeutic relationships with young people experiencing social, emotional, and behavioural difficulties, they will carry out ongoing assessments to plan, implement, and review tailored therapeutic interventions and support.
