We are looking for an Attendance Lead and Section Administrator to join an outstanding and dedicated Pastoral team at City of London School. The post holder will play a key role in improving whole-school attendance by identifying patterns of absence, leading early interventions, and fostering strong partnerships with families and staff to promote consistent pupil engagement.
They will also support Heads of Section by providing high-level administrative support, coordination of schedules, and handling of correspondence to ensure efficient day-to-day operations. Attendance-related experience is desirable, though not essential. We would welcome candidates with a strong ability to work within clear timeframes and as part of a friendly, pupil-focused team.
The successful applicant will be proficient in Excel, possess strong data and analysis skills, be able to review and improve attendance processes, and be an empathetic communicator.
