Salary: £10.38 gross per hour

Whitgift is a leading independent day and boarding school for boys, with approximately 1500 pupils including over one hundred boarding pupils and flexi boarding pupils. It is set in an attractive 48‑acre parkland site in South Croydon enjoying excellent links to London, Surrey and the south coast.

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Lifeguards to join our Sports Centre. As part of our experienced Sports Centre team, you will play an important role in safeguarding pupils, staff and visitors while maintaining the highest standards of poolside supervision.

Key responsibilities include supervising pool users, conducting poolside safety checks, monitoring water quality, setting up equipment for swimming and water polo activities, managing lost property and assisting with general facility presentation and maintenance. You will help ensure that all users enjoy a safe, welcoming and professional environment.
