Responsibilities
- Assist with IT support for staff and students; respond to everyday technical issues and inquiries
- Help diagnose and resolve hardware, software and network problems
- Document and track issues and resolutions; maintain clear communication with users
- Learn and apply IT best practices; contribute to maintaining a reliable and customer-focused service
Qualifications and attributes

Training and development
