Are you an inspiring English teacher who can spark a love of language? We are seeking a warm, creative English teacher who can bring literature to life and help pupils grow in confidence as readers, writers, and communicators. You will create an engaging, supportive classroom where every child feels valued and excited to learn.

You will bring positivity, strong subject knowledge, and the ability to support pupils of all abilities with clarity and enthusiasm. A willingness to contribute to the wider life of Pennthorpe is essential, and the ability to teach Computing and/or Sport would be an advantage.

The closing date for applications is 9th February, 2026; however, we will assess applications as they come in and may withdraw the vacancy before this date so early application is recommended. An interview date will be confirmed with shortlisted candidates.
