Early Years (EYFS) Teacher at Surbiton High Boys’ Preparatory School in Kingston upon Thames

We are seeking an inspiring and enthusiastic Early Years (EYFS) Teacher to join our exceptional team from January 2027. What you’ll be doing:

• Deliver engaging, well‑planned teaching across all areas of the EYFS, creating a calm, inclusive and stimulating learning environment that supports pupils’ academic, social and emotional development.
• Promote a love of learning through thoughtful differentiation, effective assessment and close monitoring of pupil progress against the EYFS framework and Early Learning Goals.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents and pupils to deliver an ambitious curriculum and enrich learning through trips, visits and other opportunities beyond the classroom.

• High expectations for all pupils, with the ability to adapt teaching to meet individual needs.
• Excellent organisation and communication skills, alongside a reflective and professional approach to practice.
