Winchester House School seeks an inspirational Key Stage 1 or 2 teacher who will bring enthusiasm and joy to their classroom, enthusing all pupils to achieve their potential across all core subjects. We are looking for a teacher who will develop, plan, prepare and deliver an engaging, varied curriculum to a class of children. Beyond the classroom, we are looking for an individual who is “whole‑school”, inspiring Housians to be true Change Makers.
The school day runs to 5pm with later nights at least twice a week, our term is 34 weeks. The post is suitable for experienced and recently qualified teachers.
About Winchester House School: Winchester House School was founded in 1875 and moved to its present 18‑acre site in the centre of Brackley in 1922. The heart of the School is situated in Manor House, an attractive building dating from the early 1800s. Winchester House comprises a fully co‑educational nursery, pre‑prep and preparatory school, offering an outstanding education to children aged 3‑13 with day, occasional and weekly boarding available. In January 2021, Winchester House School became part of The Stowe Group.
