Set in 200 acres of Suffolk countryside overlooking the Stour Estuary and within an hour of London, Royal Hospital School (RHS) is a leading, co-educational boarding and day school providing a full and broad education, fit for the modern world. The school was acquired by the Inspired Learning Group in November last year, which secures its future and marks the start of an exciting and significant change journey.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the finance team at a significant time in the School’s history. This role will lead on all aspects of financial management and control for the School, including financial reporting, budgets/forecasting and oversight of risks and opportunities. The successful candidate will be expected to embrace change as we integrate with the wider group and work to make improvements to finance systems and processes, working closely with the Director of Finance and others at the ILG Head Office to deliver on a number of key projects.

It is an office-based role, with possible one day per week working remotely, subject to the needs of the School.
