An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Housekeeping Supervisor to join the team at Radley College. Reporting to the Housekeeping Manager, this role is integral to maintaining the high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation across the College’s residential and communal areas.

The successful candidate will supervise and support a team of housekeeping staff, ensuring that work is delivered efficiently in line with set schedules and procedures. This is a hands‑on role, requiring someone who leads by example, works alongside the team, and takes pride in delivering a consistently excellent environment for students, staff and visitors.

You will play a key role in staff development, including induction, training and ongoing performance support, as well as monitoring cleaning standards through regular audits and feedback. The role also involves contributing to College activities and events, maintaining strong communication across teams, and ensuring compliance with health, safety and security procedures.

We are looking for someone with experience of team supervision, strong organisational and communication skills, and a flexible, proactive approach. The role requires resilience, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities, including occasional early mornings, evenings or weekend working.

The hours of work are 0800 - 1445, working five days out of seven. Radley College offer a number of other staff benefits including free meals during term time, pension and College sickness scheme.
